By creating an account, authenticating via email OTP, selecting a subscription tier, submitting payment, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Free Tier Basic market overview, constrained lookback windows, and limited daily AI inquiry quotas.
Thru Pro ($39/mo or $348/yr) Full 30-day continuous lookback, real-time multi-venue telemetry (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Hyperliquid, OKX, Deribit), resting liquidity wall tracking, liquidation diagnostics, and expanded AI inquiry capacity.
Thru Data ($149/mo or $1,341/yr) Advanced terminal access featuring deep ClickHouse analytical queries, tick-level order book profiles, structural event timelines, and multi-asset forensic datasets. (Programmatic API feeds sold separately under bespoke enterprise agreements).
Non-Advisory Nature The Service is strictly a market telemetry and research software tool. We do not provide investment, financial, tax, or trading advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation or offer to buy, sell, or hold digital assets.
Trading Risk of Loss All trading and capital allocation decisions are executed at your own risk. Digital assets and cryptocurrency derivatives carry substantial risk of total financial loss.
As-Is Telemetry Market metrics, CVD calculations, and AI-synthesized outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of profitability or absolute completeness.
Pricing is server-owned in USD or equivalent USDC. The Platform supports two independent payment mechanisms:
Stripe Card Billing Automatic recurring billing. Authorizes automatic monthly or annual renewals until canceled via the Stripe Customer Portal in your Account dashboard.
On-Chain USDC Billing Non-recurring, push-based cryptocurrency settlements on Base, Arbitrum One, Ethereum, or Solana. Fixed 30-day or 365-day access. Co-terming automatically extends access from your existing expiration date.
Blockchain Irreversibility You are solely responsible for sending USDC to the exact allocated deposit address on the correct network. Transactions sent on unsupported chains or to wrong addresses are irreversible and non-recoverable.
Cancellation You may cancel anytime via the Account dashboard. Access remains active through the end of your prepaid period, then transitions to Free.
No Refunds Policy All subscription fees paid via card or cryptocurrency are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
EU/UK Statutory Waiver By subscribing, you explicitly consent to immediate service provisioning and expressly waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for internal research and trading use. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute raw ClickHouse query datasets, scrape the terminal, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sukrano oy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including trading losses or lost profits). Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months or €100.00, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute not resolved through informal negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia.
